Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
- The exchange request is accompanied by the original sales receipt and Modo House packaging.
- Items must not be damaged, used, or altered.
- No exchanges are allowed for items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
How to Initiate an Exchange

- Report any claims for damaged or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for the exchange process.
Important Notes
- Claims and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process.
- We will prioritize your request and ensure the replacement item is shipped as soon as we receive the returned product.
